I noticed this dropdown bugs out when starting the dev server and opening the UI before the webpack build had finished. It would then persistently not render this dropdown correctly. I wonder if that fixes it. |

@wxiaoguang It seems #36449 contains the exact same fix. Shall we merge this separately? |
