Latest versions not pushed to Docker Hub

Docker images are pushed to ghcr.io only.

It seems like, where is that stated? Maybe the README of https://hub.docker.com/r/gographite/carbonapi should be adapted?

I've changed README on dockerhub to point to ghcr.io/go-graphite/carbonapi

Sorry, I think I completely forgot to change when we were moving to ghcr.io
