Godot 4.5-beta2 Windows .NET package seems to contain beta1 version instead of beta2

Issue description

The executables in Godot_v4.5-beta2_mono_win64.zip package seem to be exactly same as in beta1 zip package.

When Godot_v4.5-beta2_mono_win64.exe is launched:

Windows Standard version zip package seems to be fine and actually contains beta2.

The build, when downloaded from here https://github.com/godotengine/godot-builds/releases/download/4.5-beta2/Godot_v4.5-beta2_mono_win64.zip (via https://github.com/godotengine/godot-builds/releases/download/4.5-beta2), gets flagged as "Virus" by Chrome now. (also when downloaded from the original blog post, which links to the same url)

I cannot successfully download it with curl anymore, either.

Also if you go into the Export menu, it acts as if the export templates are already downloaded because it's treating it as beta 1

The executable is beta1. The exe size is exactly the same as the exe size in beta1 zip package.

Confirmed that this was an error in the release process itself. A fix is in progress as we speak, and should be live later today
