Add some debug output to webp encoding/decoding

Does this issue reproduce with the latest release?

Hugo is quite fast on thousands of pages, but hangs forever in the webp process. After about 24 hours of running that, I decided to stop the process.
I expected, that the argument --logLevel=debug also debugs the webp things, but it does not.

Yes, we should/could log some more re. this, but "web things" produces images/files on disk so you could get some indication of process (or if it's somehow stuck) by counting images in either the cache (hugo config | grep cache) will show you the cache dir location) or in public.

A few notes:

• Image processing is slow, so it helps a lot if you don't start out with too big originals.
• It also helps if you can reuse the image file cache from runs to runs.
