Gurobi 12

I hope everything is going well. I just wanted to ask if you have an estimated date to add support for Gurobi 12 in any branch of OR-Tools. I imagine that the next release might take some time, so I was wondering if it would be possible to add this support in any upcoming branch. Thanks in advance!

Yes, but I have this error:

I see. Gurobi broke its ABI. I do not know how to fix this. GRBisqp is now a cpp macro and not a function.

ortools/gurobi/environment.cc:242:  gurobi_dynamic_library->GetFunction(&GRBisqp, "GRBisqp");
ortools/gurobi/environment.h:122:extern std::function<int(GRBenv**, const char*, const char*, const char*, int, const char*)> GRBisqp;

so it seems this method is not call in or-tools -> we may try to remove it ?
