getting memory leak error in cvrptw_plot.py

getting memory leak in
swig/python detected a memory leak of type 'operations_research::RoutingModel::DisjunctionIndex *', no destructor found.

@tk120404 if you are using master, you must have used GNU/Make in order to build the python package, so please give us the return of command make detect_port
