Is there any plans for Javascript/TypeScript support for or-tools?

Hi 👋🏻

I wanted to ask whether there are any plans or if you would consider providing official JavaScript/TypeScript bindings for OR-Tools.

I noticed that this topic was already discussed in #94, which was opened about 10 years ago. Given how much the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems have grown since then, I was wondering if this might be worth reconsidering today.

client side or server side ?

Client side, we are looking at wasm. Server side (node.js), we have no plan.
