Don't include uBlock-master\assets\thirdparties\* files

These are pointless. If user wants to use them, he/she will just enable check and click update button.
No need to add them in the first place.

Also, why uBlock load some hidden lists when I click Update/apply button?
I didn't allow them, I'm sure I uncheck them...
