Return the end-of-test summary in Cloud runs #5550

Feature Description
As of today, we return it in OSS runs and Cloud runs that use --local-execution. Customers who want to trigger actions based on the test data must combine multiple Cloud APIs. This is a big feature gap that makes it harder to adopt GCk6.
We should be consistent and return this data in the same way we do for the other execution modes.
