Use Deno native http server instead of std/http legacy version

For backlog purpose. [Deno stablized its native HTTP server in 1.13](https://deno.land/manual@v1.13.2/runtime/http_server_apis) and we might as well switch to it. (std/http also made an update to the server implementation)
