Make CancellationToken available in call credential inteceptors #2108
Description
Call credential interceptors currently aren't given a CancellationToken. If a call is canceled while doing async work in the interceptor, there is no way to stop whatever work is happening.
- Pass a token in with the context.
- Update docs.
