Create a tool for reporting orphaned files #14
Description
In old installations, it may be that there are many leftover object in the data file; those can be attachments no longer referenced, LFS objects (as corrected by G_8423). It would be great to have a tool that finds all files and reports which ones are no longer in use, so the admin can delete them.
