Need for a Newsletter signup on the homepage

Overview

We need to have a signup (on the webpage) for a newsletter, when we are sending one out, so that people can subscribe.

Action Items

• Review the code we used to use for this and see if its still applicable.
• if yes,
  • Add the code below to the home page (desired result pictured below).
  • Make sure adding the newsletter signup form does not negatively affect page layout.
