We need to have personas so that we can evaluate if the features we are developing service the target audience.
Action Items
- Review research plan and interview guide for donors, and this summary of user groups
- Ask Bonnie to connect you with perspective participants such as Rachel Parker Chavez (works at Super By Design) She can advise us in terms of institutional giving and partnership/advisory. Script and messaging to recruit donors in the interview process: HfLA website #2309
- Conduct user interviews with participants
- Conduct affinity mapping in order to distill research of target groups and identify overarching themes
- Create personas from research findings
