Thanks to @haoNoQ 's peer pressure, I have decided to create a new branch of NullBot. This branch has only one goal: Give NullBot chat responses to players, regardless of friend or foe status. @haoNoQ may not approve of this fork, but I need to apply myself to put my ideas into action.

Self-explanitory, at least we can call him a brother to NullBot.
I've decided to copy the nb_generic files as my own personal AI.
Since Harold is based on NullBot, I've decided to copy the text of the Generic NullBot files. Label changes to follow.
This commit adds all necessary code to Harold.
I barely understand what all these lines of code do. If only @haoNoQ
could tell me!
I want to be sure I know what I want to do with Harold. This file will
serve as a roadmap for Harold.
