bench: compare Anvil with our raw revm version

I think Anvil may be the best drop in replacement for our revm instance. It will make life easier to use Anvil if possible. There are many settings that we can change to make anvil likely just as fast with only networking overhead. We still want to be able to have inspectors and things like this too.
