Description
The plan to allow change in default project has been changes. This work was originally done so that we can make default project in integrated org seem more like HCP default project. However we have decided to remove default project in integration entirely so we no longer need this code.
Provider changes related to this PR were not merged.
In this PR, I am undoing changes form these two PR:
Testing plan
Existing tests should pass.
