Updates the link in the kinesis stream consumer pages
previous it was linking to https://docs.aws.amazon.com/streams/latest/dev/amazon-kinesis-consumers.html which does not exist so it would route to the introduction page https://docs.aws.amazon.com/streams/latest/dev/introduction.html
