This PR updates Vault Action packages to their latest available versions. Most importantly
actions/corewas updated to1.2.6to address a minor CVE: https://github.blog/changelog/2020-10-01-github-actions-deprecating-set-env-and-add-path-commands/. Updated here: #130.Fixes #131
