Support Unsafe language pragma

When parsing files with this module, one cannot use import safe with the Unsafe language pragma, as described here: haskell/stylish-haskell#149

The pragma should be before module Main, otherwise it doesn't work in GHC either:

{-# LANGUAGE Unsafe #-}

module Main where

import safe Safe

main :: IO ()
main = putStrLn "Hello, World!"
