* `Data.Map.fromDistinctAscList` and `fromDistinctDescList` were accumulating thunks for no good reason. Make them build their structures eagerly. This cuts time by a good bit (a third, maybe). * Make the same functions in `Data.Set` just a tad more eager as well.
