Oops, I meant to add my comment here. @trofi, your change doesn't actually help, because there's still a circular dependency in the test suite, due to files in the test directory depending on statistics, which depends on mwc-random. There doesn't seem to be a good fix for this, unfortunately. See cabal issue 960 for an upstream bug. |

Oh, i see. It wasn't like that for cabal, i guess, 1.12 |
