Hi, just wondering if there is anything I can do to help push this along? Ideally, I think what would happen here is:

This PR is merged and released as a new minor version e.g. 2.14.2.0.
2.14.0.0 and 2.14.1.0 are revised on hackage to base >= 4.12.0 (GHC >= 8.6.1), so that the solver does not pick them.

Does that make sense?
