Show TCP bandwidth

Currently, oha shows the sum of the HTTP body.
But showing in/out TCP bandwidth is better.

I think it's hard to implement because all communication is abstracted by hyper.

yes it would also be better to show like how much ms did tls negotiation took etc?

It seems that it can be done by creating a custom TcpStream struct.
