阿里云云原生中间件团队负责分布式软件基础设施，为阿里云上万家企业提供如微服务引擎、分布式事务、EDAS等分布式基础服务，加速企业上云的进程和创新速度。同时，云原生中间件团队也服务着阿里集团众多核心业务和场景，是支撑双十一狂欢节的核心团队之一。

在这里，你会参与到全球优秀开源项目（如 Apache Dubbo、RocketMQ、Nacos、Sentinel、Seata、Arthas、Tengine、Istio、Envoy、OpenSergo、Higress）和阿里云核心商业化产品（微服务引擎 MSE、企业级分布式应用服务 EDAS、应用实时监控服务ARMS）研发工作中，一同拓展技术的边界，既赋能阿里巴巴集团，更服务广泛的开发者用户。

职位描述

1. 参与AI网关的系统设计与实现， 独立完成相关模块的完整设计、开发工作，并保证功能交付的质量与稳定性。
2. 参与AI网关的用户需求实现，主动组织、推动上下游团队的协作，按时保质地交付用户功能需求。
3. 参与AI网关的高可用能力构建，主动通过单元测试、功能测试、性能测试、容灾演练等持续提升自身负责模块的稳定性能力。
4. 参与AI网关的性能调优，关注网关领域的前沿技术发展趋势，结合网关实际场景落地持续提升网关的性能，打造高性能的企业级网关产品，例如多供应商模型之间的智能路由、 HTTP 3.0弱网环境应用等。
5. 参与AI网关的AI场景探索与落地，基于用户需求独自完成AI类插件的设计与开发工作，并保证功能交付的质量与稳定性。
6. 参与AI网关的开源项目 Higress 影响力和标准的构建，积极参与开源Higress社区的生态扩展以及 AIGC 的探索。

职位要求

1. 计算机相关方向，基础理论扎实，如高等数学，数据结构，算法，操作系统，软件工程，体系结构，编译原理等。ACM等计算机相关竞赛获奖者优先考虑。
2. 具备强烈的技术好奇心，专注网关（Nginx/Higress/APISix/Kong）、服务网格（Istio/Envoy）等领域至少3年。有维护或者研发生产级高可用分布式系统者优先考虑。
3. 熟练掌握 C++或者Golang 编程语言及其技术栈。具备良好的软件工程研发素质、极限编程以及敏捷开发经验者优先。
4. 熟悉AI Agent、MCP、A2A、Memory相关领域知识，有实际AI Agent、MCP开发经验的优先考虑。
5. 在国际会议、期刊上有高水平论文发表或者在知名开源社区有重要贡献者优先考虑。
6. 具备良好的稳定性风险意识，具有团队合作精神，能够熟练使用英文沟通者优先考虑，熟悉或参与开源Higress项目者优先考虑。

Team Introduction

The Higress team belongs to the Alibaba Cloud native middleware team.

Alibaba Cloud native middleware team is responsible for distributed software infrastructure, providing distributed basic services such as microservice engines, distributed transactions, EDAS, etc. to tens of thousands of Alibaba Cloud companies, accelerating the process and innovation speed of enterprises going to the cloud. At the same time, the cloud native middleware team also serves many core businesses and scenarios of Alibaba Group and is one of the core teams supporting the Double Eleven Carnival.

Here, there are very excellent middleware products and scenarios and enterprise Internet architecture platforms, serving tens of thousands of Alibaba Cloud companies and supporting large-scale e-commerce transaction business scenarios.

Here, you will participate in the research and development of outstanding global open source projects (such as Apache Dubbo, RocketMQ, Nacos, Sentinel, Seata, Arthas, Tengine, Istio, Envoy, OpenSergo, Higress) and Alibaba Cloud's core commercial products (microservice engine MSE, enterprise-level distributed application service EDAS, and application real-time monitoring service ARMS), and jointly expand the boundaries of technology, not only empowering Alibaba Group, but also serving a wide range of developers and users.

Here, you will participate in the research and development and exploration of cutting-edge technologies such as middleware, microservices, and Serverless; you will also work with a star team composed of outstanding global open source product founders and other celebrities.

job description

1. Participate in the system design and implementation of AI gateways, independently complete the complete design and development of related modules, and ensure the quality and stability of function delivery.
2. Participate in the AI ​​gateway to realize user needs, actively organize and promote the collaboration of upstream and downstream teams, and deliver user functional needs on time and with quality.
3. Participate in the construction of high availability capabilities of AI gateways, and actively continue to improve the stability capabilities of your own responsible modules through unit testing, functional testing, performance testing, disaster recovery drills, etc.
4. Participate in the performance tuning of AI gateways, pay attention to the development trends of cutting-edge technologies in the gateway field, and continuously improve the performance of the gateway in combination with the actual gateway scenarios, and create high-performance enterprise-level gateway products, such as intelligent routing between multi-vendor models, HTTP 3.0 weak network environment applications, etc.
5. Participate in the exploration and implementation of AI scenarios of AI gateways, complete the design and development of AI plug-ins alone based on user needs, and ensure the quality and stability of function delivery.
6. Participate in the construction of Higress influence and standards for the open source project of AI gateway, and actively participate in the ecological expansion of the open source Higress community and the exploration of AIGC.

Job Requirements

1. Computer-related directions and solid basic theories, such as advanced mathematics, data structures, algorithms, operating systems, software engineering, architecture, compilation principles, etc. Winners of computer-related competitions such as ACM are given priority.
2. Have strong technical curiosity and focus on the fields of gateways (Nginx/Higress/APISix/Kong), service mesh (Istio/Envoy) for at least 3 years. Those with maintenance or research and development of production-grade highly available distributed systems will be given priority.
3. Proficient in the C++ or Golang programming language and its technical stack. Those with good software engineering R&D qualities, extreme programming and agile development experience are preferred.
4. Be familiar with the knowledge of AI Agent, MCP, A2A, Memory, and have practical experience in AI Agent and MCP development.
5. Priority is given to those who have high-level papers published in international conferences and journals or have important contributors in well-known open source communities.
6. Those with good stability and risk awareness, team spirit, and those who can skillfully use English are given priority, and those who are familiar with or participate in open source Higress projects are given priority.
