Feature Request: Glassmorphism / Transparent Navbar UI #340

Describe the Feature

I would like to propose a UI enhancement for the frontend by adding a glassmorphism-style transparent navigation bar.

The idea is to make the navbar slightly transparent with a blurred background effect, creating a modern and elegant look while maintaining readability and accessibility.

Improves the overall visual appeal of the application
Gives a modern UI feel similar to many contemporary web apps
Enhances user experience without affecting functionality
Can improve frontend portfolio quality for contributors

Using CSS properties like:

background: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.1) (or theme-based color)
Sticky/fixed navbar with subtle border/shadow
