Support for arbitrary photo formats (16:9, 16:10, 4:3, etc.)

Currently, a 16:9 photo (e.g. 1920:1080) is required and the camera position (M) is hard-coded.

TODO: Also support 4:3, 16:10, or other ratios, and calculate the camera position automatically.
