Make the frontend beautiful again (MTFBA)

Right now, the frontend is ugly and does not work well for low resolutions.

Feel free to improve upon the status quo.

currently working on the introduction of bootstrap and making this whole thing a little responsive that it works on mobile as well as on desktop screens.

List of useful fields and features:

• input: reference width (Referenzbreite) with predefined values (e.g. 12 cm and 25 cm = Fahrbahnmarkierungen wrt StVO)
• input: offset in cm (left and right) between camera and most outer points of the bicycle; needed for the calculation of the "real" distance
• output: distance between car and camera
• output: distance between car and bicycle (where the width of the bicycle is taken into account)
• output: verbose logging of all coordinates and distances between the intersection points (in cm)
• all fields: no overlap with the image
• feature: share and export function (online: generate a hyperlink with get-parameters or cut out a screenshot (see openstreetmap.org); offline: generate a print-out version)
• internationalization: little flags
• hyperlinks to FAQs, examples, documentation, github, etc.

maybe nice to have, but not necessary:

• do all the stuff mentioned above for a gallery of images (i.e. work on multiple images at the same time)

We have to face that measuring the distance using this tool might be inexact.
