Doing calls using sip core integration has very low audio on mobile phone.
e.g.
first tablet call = audio being received in the phone is very very low.
second tablet call = audio being received is now working PROPERLY.

this used to be able to be fixed by enabling autoplay in the companion app settings.

Does the same issue occur when using Home Assistant in Chrome on your phone?

The behavior is the same when using the chrome browser app. i.e. first call has very low audio, and then ending the call and calling again makes the audio work properly.

I have found that using samsung's default Internet Browser app with the autoplay videos option turned on in the settings does not have this problem.

I am unsure which specific companion app made it stop working. All I remember was I was able to fix this by enabling the autoplay option in the companion app settings. settings -> companion app settings -> turn on autoplay videos

as for why it fixes this, I stumbles upon this thread when I was trying to look for a fix. this led me to believe it is a gesture requirement problem, as it works properly when its the second time, and turning on the autoplay videos fixed it for me in the past. i.e. the audio works properly the first time.
