Unable to prevent discovery of UPnP/IGD in 0.109

The problem

Previously it was possible to prevent automatic discovery of routers by the UPnP integration by adding igd under discovery -> ignore in configuration.yaml. This stopped working in 0.109.0b0 and this is displayed even with the below discovery configuration:

Environment

• Home Assistant Core release with the issue: 0.109.0b2
• Last working Home Assistant Core release (if known): 0.108.9
• Operating environment (Home Assistant/Supervised/Docker/venv): venv
• Integration causing this issue: UPnP

I took a look and found this commit which looks like it changed the discovery to use ssdp instead of discovery. I understand that it should be possible to ignore it via the UI, but this doesn't appear to be possible with this integration (maybe the config flow doesn't have a unique id, which this PR says us a requirement).

@bdraco Already working on it, almost finished. Although 'my' solution is entirely from within the upnp component.

Also, multiple devices will be supported now.
