Since bumping the pillow requirement fo 7.1.2 installation on docker on synology fails

Seem like the Python wheels are not done/distributed by Pillow yet.

As for the reason why this build fails right now:

Seems like you are missing zlib-dev.

That is not how that works @robmarkcole...

Some C bindings use zlib, as the wheels are apparently not ready yet, it needs to compile those bindings on install. Therefore, it needs the zlib development headers, which is part of the zlib-dev system package.
