Remove old style translations from Atag

Proposed change

Removes old style .translations. The Atag integration was merged right after the change, so still contained the old folder location. Meanwhile, translations upload/download added the new style folder.

Error message is thrown at the beta right now:

atag: the '.translations' directory has been moved, the new name is 'translations', starting with Home Assistant 0.111 your translations will no longer load if you do not move/rename this

The old one can be removed now, which is done by this PR.
