The news section on eg.- https://www.hotosm.org/en/tools-resources/tech-product-suite/hot-export-tool/ currently displays the same news item three times. Expected behavior: show distinct news items relevant to the page — e.g., items filtered by the tool (via a "tool used" tag/field or hashtag).
