Bug: Search Algorithm on HuggingFace Hub does not seem correct

Describe the bug

I was wondering if we could have some additional information about how to better rank on the search engine within huggingface.

When people contact us, they usually find us through the dataset directly on Google's preview page of HuggingFace, not through the search bar. When searching for a word like "privacy" less relevant models with <200 downloads, 0 likes rank #1 yet ours that have much more traction in the thousands of downloads and hundreds of likes do not appear which should be better suited for end users of HF.

To replicate:
search "privacy" and despite Ai4Privacy having it in the name, tags, as well as having more downloads, likes and being relevant does not appear in the top suggestions.

Hi @MikeDoes , thanks for reporting and sorry for the inconvenience. Search is a hard task and I understand the frustration. I don't have a good solution short-term but let me ping @gary149 @mishig25 for visibility
