Inconsistency in installation instructions for `venv` and `uv`

In the README, we have installation instructions for both venv and uv.

The last step should be:

# venv
pip install .

and

# uv
uv pip install .

No?

It's a minor issue (so if you close this issue, that's fine), but the inconsistency annoys me.

Yup, it's an inconsistency (leaving out uv in the last from source version). Would you like to open a PR for that?
