[feature]: Ledger Nano S Deprecation check #241

Zondax suggested having a notification such as:
“If your version of the Filecoin Ledger App is lower than … then it is no longer supported…”

Note that the Nano S and Nano S Plus are very, very similar but only the Nano S is being deprecated (announced a couple years ago)

https://github.com/Zondax/ledger-filecoin/releases/tag/v2.0.1 is the last Filecoin Ledger App release that will support Nano S. Future upgrades will not be available for Nano S devices.
