Add support for multiple f1 accounts to Filecoin MetaMask Wallet UI

Glif.io supports multiple f1 accounts, it'd be good to see it in the UI as well

is this for filsnap.dev or the filsnap extension UI ?
To mimic evm, "accounts" should be changed in the wallets not the dapps and dapps listen to changes in the wallets or request available "accounts" but the "active" account normally is managed in the wallet.
We can do this is filsnap but snaps doesnt provide events we can triggers to the dapps and ledger doesnt have anything (dapps control the active derivation path)

For FilSnap Extension UI... Chris was asking about this. It is a logical request, since it is a feature of regular MetaMask, to be able to create multiple f1's and switch between them.

If account switching would cause dapp issues because Snaps lack events, perhaps this would make sense as an issue to file with MetaMask for them to weigh in on.
