Description
Describe the goals that the pull request accomplishes.
There is a related project called qwqfetch, aiming to provide system information without other dependencies like bash (which means a tedious POSIX environment under windows).
This PR provide some interface to call it.

Currently, there are no progress about the update of qwqfetch like make it package (it does not provide interface to interact with python, and wrap python scripts with python is really hacky), so you may checkout my fork: https://github.com/nexplorer-3e/qwqfetch

As the author of qwqfetch has no time to maintain the little package, integrate it into hyfetch as a module instead of treat it as independent python package for getting system info may be better.
