Hopefully have this right. I didn't change any of the
@hyperledgerreferences, assuming that is intended to point to the Rust Crate, and that is not changing.I did change the GitHub references as with all of the other repos. Hopefully I haven't missed any
@hyperledgerreferences in other repos...
