This PR adds a general framework for INAV Setup Wizard that is designed to simplify INAV setup for beginners. Instead of forcing the user to go through all the tabs to change settings, Wizard will ask pilot a series of questions about: receiver, osd, outputs, gps, etc.
This PR adds the first page of the process: the receiver page
