Cannot add applications to list in the floating tab.

Describe the bug
Cannot add application to the floating section. The + button does nothing.

To Reproduce

1. Open Amethyst preferences.
2. Go to the floating tab.
3. Try to add or remove items to the list by clicking the plus and the minus.

Expected behavior
A selector to pop up to select application.
The minus button to remove the selected application.

Versions:

• macOS: Tahoe Beta 8
• Amethyst: 0.24.0

Debug Info

Cannot add debug since the plus and the minus buttons dont respond so there would be no debug info.

Can confirm this issue persists with the full non-beta release of Tahoe with Amethyst 0.24.0

As a temporary fix, navigate to ~/Library/Preferences/ and edit the floating key in the com.amethyst.Amethyst.plist file.

For any SublimeText users, install the BinaryPlist package and drag the file into ST

Find <key>floating</key>. This is the required XML format:

Find app ids with this: osascript -e 'id of app "Name of Application"'
