Updated `ApplicationWorkflows` and `CalDateTimePerfTests` to use `CalDateTime` Enhanced `OccurencePerfTests` with new benchmarks and setup methods Project file to target only `.NET 8.0`. Refactored `Runner` class for improved benchmark execution flow and removed outdated code.
