Just a small tweak to readme.md to add a Nuget badge along side the build and gitter ones, to make it easily visible.
I was wondering it it's possible to have one that points to the AppVeyor CI nuget feed, but I don't see it in the docs, and shields.io only seems to mention nuget.org and MyGet.
