sync content from production to staging

to enable full functionality on staging with all the latest events and media...

• use btsync to sync static content and database backups from production to staging

• script daily update of staging from synced data

But this will overwrite ash daily (since it is empty in production)

Also, staging doesn't have enough storage to sync media backup
