Delete only things that are created by the integration test suite. Run it once at the end of the suite regardless if it fails or not. set NOCLEANUP=1 to prevent the cleanup at the end

make test-e2e NODEPLOY=1
...
Ran 4 of 4 Specs in 64.201 seconds
