I don't know if it's worth to replace the current set of stock icons with these outlined, instead to get them enabled with a single bool override. Should be enough easy to do, because this shorts player sidebar shouldn't not been migrated to litho lib yet. |

these changes will add stock yt shorts action buttons in outline form. with these icons, the buttons column will look like this

i set these outline icons to default, since it seemed more appropriate to have actual outline icons as default instead of tiktok style ones, i can revert that change if you wish
