The L0 adapters only need a few Intel experimental types, structure types and flags from the compute-runtime headers. Copy them into common/ze_intel_ext.hpp with ur_/UR_ prefixes, so they don't clash once the originals get upstreamed to the Level Zero loader headers. Nothing includes the compute-runtime headers anymore, so remove the ComputeRuntimeLevelZero-Headers target together with the sparse fetch of intel/compute-runtime. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
