Current Behavior

When starting a download for the first time (via. Filesystem.downloadFile) there's a prompt to enable local network access - when accepting it, the download fails.
Restarting the process and it runs without issue.

Expected Behavior

A way to check the state of local network access permission or requesting it?

Transfered issue to this repo since filesystem's downloadFile is deprecated in favor of this plugin.

@justingel, sorry for the time it took to reply; if you're still experiencing this issue - Could you try to use the latest version of this plugin and filesystem and check if the issue still occurs?
