#405 install failed in Catalina Beta 5

I have a Catalina Mac, but hadn’t tried iOS-deploy on it yet; I will try compiling/running it today.

I don't know what is going on with Catalina failure in #405... The private MobileDevice.framework has moved, but the symlinks should make it work(and it does work on my Catalina MacPro).

I made a bone-headed mistake in #404 for locked devices that #406 fixes.

as far as I can tell, Xcode build on Catalina works, I can't get the build to work through npm install though. I remember from previous OS betas sometimes this is quirky, not sure. Maybe I should start publishing on homebrew. But first since it still works on the released production OS (Mojave), I will publish on npm for now.
