Latest and final version of smash bros issue (V13.0.2)

The skin selector no longer shows up on the latest version of smash making you unable to manually import skins (or use the mod at all). This mod is sadly permanently dead until/if the mod creator ever comes back. Goated mod while it lasted, GG's.
